After tormenting his instructors in high school and college, Robert began a food career with Four Seasons Hotel Group, working at 3 Mobile Five Star properties. He later went on to work with Carlucci Hospitality Group, Starbucks and Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises. He has opened 40+ restaurants in the U.S. and Canada including his own, one of which won Best New Restaurant in Chicago Magazine (Erba). Off days are spent going to movies with his teenage son and in pursuit of the perfect taco.

Raised in Eugene, Oregon, Nathan “studied” at U.C.L.A. before deciding to throw his hat into the culinary arena. Graduating from Culinary Institute of America Greystone (Napa), Nate pounded on the doors of many great restaurants, eventually working for Wildwood in Portland, Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles and Restaurant Zoe in Seattle. His food style is straightforward: local farms, sustainable ingredients, classic simplicity with heavy dosages of flavor. Nathan loves hanging with his wife and biking through various countries.

Anne graduated with a double major (English Literature/economics) from Vanderbilt before moving to Chicago and becoming a pilates instructor (don’t ask). She has written and been published in many financial newspapers/magazines and is currently pursuing her M.B.A. at University of Chicago, at which point she will no longer talk to us. She loves to cook and, in conjunction with her husband, make homemade wine and limoncello.
